Keeping in contact with parents is one of my biggest priorities as an educator. Please feel free to contact me whenever you feel the need! There are several ways to contact me regarding questions or concerns you are having:
1. The BEST way to contact me is always through email, simply because I check it around four times a day and can always respond within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). My email address is:
[email protected]
2. The next best way to contact me is through your child's agenda. You are expected to sign/initial your child's agenda each night and I am expected to check your child's agenda each morning. This way we can always see/read notes from each other. If you would like to set up a conference (phone or in-person) or just have a question, you can always write a note in the agenda and I can respond the next school day.
3. Another way you can reach me is via phone. However, the only time I am available to talk during the school day is on my planning period which is from 11:30-12:15 and there are at least one to two days a week I have required meetings during this time. Because of this, I ask that if you would like to talk with me over the phone, you write me a note in the agenda so I can give you a time that I will most definitely be able to take your call. If you call and it goes to my voicemail, please leave a message and I will do my best to return your call within one business day. If I have a meeting during my planning, I can still talk to you that day, but it will have to be after 4 p.m.
